Stefanie took part in the “We Rise Together” campaign. She shared some valuable thoughts and tips for other business women.

  • ASA Marketing Solutions; Director, Marketing and Sales
  • If you are thinking about it, start moving towards that goal. Hone in on your transferable skills and drive that passion of what you enjoy doing. Focus on the “why”. The reason why you want to start a business or new job. More time freedom? Financial freedom? Pivoting to love what you do while making money, instead of simply accepting a paycheck for something you hate or burnt out doing.
  • Keeping up and connecting with my dream clients who are wave makers, incredible service providers that are offering the best in class services to their customers and thusly enriching and supporting our communities who thrive off of small businesses like theirs which are making an impact on peoples’ lives.
  • Fun fact #1 I have 5 kids from 2 to 22 whom are all incredibly different from each other with such different personalities and get along fabulously. Fun Fact #2 I started riding motorcycles in my 30s after I started a job as a Marketing Manager for a motorcycle dealership because I wanted to connect with the dealerships’ customers and invested into really learning and knowing the industry and the lifestyle. Fun Fact #3 People are often surprised about where I am now with my career and life compared to where it began, as an orphan, adopted to very hard working Mid West farmers and going through the adversities I did to just recently learning how to make money online and in just under 5 months after learning all the things to become an entrepreneur, being able to quit my corporate paycheck to go all in on my marketing agency. Last Fun Fact #Despite my struggles with anxiety, particularly when it comes to public speaking, I lead a class of over 500 students every Friday night, coaching and mentoring them on various strategies for making money online and building successful businesses.
  • One of the most vital lessons I’ve learned is that resilience is not just about enduring tough times, but about finding strength and empowering yourself with your reason(s) “why”. Surrounding myself with a supportive network has been crucial, even if that network is my kids as they are my reasons “why” I have to succeed.
  • I anticipate more avenues to be able to give back to my community and impact more lives than I could ever imagine. To be able to use my business as a platform to support and nurturer other small businesses giving me an added bonus of time and financial freedom to invest my time and funds to support causes that has deeply impacted my personal life like domestic abuse survivor support, foster systems, special needs services, in addition to my direct community; I envision this ripple effect of positive change, initiated by shared knowledge, resources, and mutual support with other businesses and entrepreneurs that can transform not just individual lives but whole communities. By aligning my goals with my personal values, I am not only building a sustainable business but also fostering a legacy of compassion, resilience, and community upliftment.
  • First and foremost, my kids. They are the reasons “why” I pushed through the pain and the doubts and personal failures to create a better life for them starting with me being a present parent. My parents who’ve installed the work ethics that my clients recognize and respect me for for my dependability and accountability beyond the services I provide; and my S.O. who has been my biggest supporter as he had met me at my lowest and has empowered me to keep reaching and giving me that encouragement and comfort when I was ready to tap out and give up on my goals. No matter how long my run is, I can depend on him to be at the finish line.
  • As one with ADHD and anxiety I’ve found that effective time management is an absolute must and crucial for success. I use the same tools and techniques I set my clients up with to optimize productivity, allowing me to balance my professional responsibilities with personal commitments. I’ve adopted several positive habits that have been instrumental in my journey. I prioritize continuous learning and improvement, regularly dedicating time to learning new skills and knowledge ensuring I continue to provide best in class service to my clients. Secondly, I maintain a disciplined routine, ensuring that each day includes dedicated time for strategic planning and reflection, which helps keep my goals in clear focus.
  • Motivation was for me to be able to be a more present parent for my kids but the trigger was I was not happy with my job. I was limited with my 25 year experience and skills and also limited in who I was able to help because the job was in a very niche market. My motivation stems from a deep desire to create meaningful change and build something lasting by enriching communities through way of setting up thriving businesses for success, empowering them to not only succeed but also to be forces of positive transformation within their own local areas. This drive is rooted in my belief that strong, sustainable businesses are the backbone of vibrant communities, creating jobs, fostering innovation, and enhancing the quality of life for everyone involved.
  • I feel truly empowered when I’m able to make a positive impact on others’ lives, particularly through mentoring and providing resources that enable people to overcome challenges and achieve their goals and overcome their mental roadblocks. Seeing how businesses thrive through results from my marketing experience, and then on the flip side helping someone start their own business or supporting someone through a tough time, really reinforces my sense of purpose and capability. Additionally, having the autonomy to make decisions and the trust from my clients to lead initiatives gives me a strong sense of empowerment.
  • This has become much easier after leaving a job. I mean, I work, but it’s my passion and it’s fun for me building and implementing systems to automate my client’s marketing and sales processes giving them time freedom while hitting their business goals month over month and then the exciting part is checking in on them and just having that rave of excitement and that sound of stress relief…it’s just incredible… I find myself at the park with my kids and having a relationship with them more than I “work”.
  • I’m passionate about using my experiences and the platform of my business to make a positive impact. My company, ASA Marketing Solutions, is designed to streamline the marketing and sales processes for service-providing businesses, helping them focus on what they do best, serving their clients. On a personal note, being a mother of five, and a survivor of domestic abuse has deeply influenced my commitment to empowerment and community support. These experiences drive my dedication to creating a legacy of resilience and positivity, not just for my family but for the broader community as well.
