I am thrilled to share Sarah and Paul’s destination wedding photographs!

Sara and I met 2 years ago while our daughter’s were on the same soccer team. I was thrilled when a year later she approached me about photographing her destination wedding in Cancun, Mexico!

When I asked Sarah to describe her destination wedding, she said it would be very family orientated and having fun was essential! I love the little details that were made lovingly by the bride, groom, and family. They incorporated shells, sand, burlap, flowers, and the most beautiful barefoot sandals by PassionFlower Jewelry  worn by the bride and her bridesmaids.

When I saw Sarah and Paul when I arrived at El Cid Marina Spa and Resort, I could tell how in love they were. Paul had a permanent smile on his face the whole time I was there. The way he looks at Sarah is so powerful. You can just see it on his face, how much he loves her. While I was doing their formal photos prior to the beach ceremony, I would ask them to look at each other and I could just tell that he wanted to lean in to kiss her. Seriously it was the sweetest thing ever! The energy between them was so magnetic. Paul and Sarah have so much fun together. I imagine that most of their time together is spent giggling.

Sarah and Paul were fortunate to have many family and friends make the trip to Cancun. Although not everyone could make it, I knew how important it was to be surrounded by the love of their guests. I truly enjoyed getting to know everyone who attended their wedding.

I want to thank Sarah and Paul’s family for making me feel so welcome. They included me in their social plans while we were in Mexico and it was so so sweet.
