I am thrilled to share this gorgeous styled engagement session!
When Jennifer approached me about doing their engagement photos this winter I was excited! She and her fiancé are getting married in Virgina Beach (where the state motto is “Virgina is for Lovers!)and wanted the engagement photos done here in Minnesota. Once Jennifer showed me her inspiration photos I was giddy! I immediately knew we had to do a styled session. Jennifer agreed and the wheels started turning.
We spoke about the type of “vibe” they would like for their session. She knew they wanted something high end, stylish, and modern.
I contacted some wonderful local vendors about providing some details for the session. I was so excited when it all came together. From the absolutely delicious hot coca station that included Mexican hot cocoa, caramel hot cocoa, a peppermint hot cocoa, as well as an orange zest hot cocoa, to the gorgeous hand made wooden floral arrangement, and beautiful vintage furniture and handmade barn wood signs. This stunning session was just a dream come true to photograph.
David and Jennifer met in Virgina Beach. He was a professional baseball player and she was a college student. I just adore how much love they have for eachother. It was so easy to photograph them because they are so in love.
