Meet Jenna and George. They are simply lovely.
Jenna and George are getting married next spring and I can’t wait for their wedding!
Jenna and George asked that we do their engagement session in Minneapolis. They also mentioned that they love to dine at fine establishments throughout Minneapolis. I instantly had the idea to shoot their session at the Spoon and Stable. I knew the restaurant had a garage door that rolls up, so that the dining room can overlook the streets of Minneapolis, and I knew that would make a wonderful backdrop for an engagement session. I reached out to Spoon and Stable and they were happy to accommodate our request.
The day arrived for the shoot. When we arrived at Spoon and Stable, the employees were so accommodating and friendly. As I walked through the restaurant, taking in the surroundings, I noticed all of the preparation and hard work that goes into running a fine dining restaurant. The chefs were busy preparing for the dinner hour, the bartenders were preparing fresh juices, and the management was ensuring that we were taken care of. We were made to feel right at home. Jenna and George even ordered a bottle of wine, and enjoyed that while we shot their session. I adore the images we got of Jenna and George. The way the interact with eachother is so natural and sweet. I did not have to direct them at all.
After we left the Spoon and Stable, we strolled throughout downtown Minneapolis. I love the areas Jenna brought us to. I was so inspired by the architecture and surroundings.
I love all of the images from Jenna and George’s Minneapolis engagement session, and it was hard to choose my favorites! Below are just a few.
