I am beynd thrilled to share this wedding with you.
Molly and Garin hired me last winter to photograph their wedding. When we met for our initial consultation, they told me they were having an Irish themed wedding because Molly is VERY Irish. I was so ecstatic.
We got together shortly after our consultation to photograph their engagement session in Uptown, Minneapolis (see post here). We had so much fun! I knew after that session that their irish wedding would be AMAZING.
Molly and Garin held nothing back when planning their wedding. The location was amazing at The Chart House in Lakeville. The ceremony and reception were surrounded by a lake and gorgeous gardens for strolling. The bridemaids all wore kelly green dresses and carried fresh sunflower bouquets. Molly carried an irish penny for good luck. She also has her great grandmother’s brooch sewn onto her wedding bouquet. I think one of the highlights of the wedding was the bag piper! There is just something about hearing the pipes that makes you want to stop and listen. I will also add that this wedding had THE BEST speeches. Everyone was in tears, laughing so hard!
On a more personal note, I want to thank the happy couple. Molly and Garin, you were so easy to work with and have been so kind. It was so easy to photograph you because you are so relaxed around eachother and just plain in love.
