When I received Adrienne’s senior portrait inquiry, this is what she wrote: “I’m trying to find a photographer that can help me make photos that would be interesting to someone whose never met me before. I don’t want my photos to just be some run-of-the-mill headshot in front of a bridge, I’m trying to make photos that have to ability to stand on their own as great photos.”
I was instantly inspired and intrigued by what she wrote. After chatting on the phone with her mom, I knew our session would be good for the soul. Adrienne wanted to have her portraits taken at some of her locations that left an impression on her childhood. She and her mom showed me around and told me stories of being there as a younger child.
Collaborating with a fellow creative always leads to really wonderful images. Scroll down to see some of Adrienne’s favorite portraits that we made.
